After the passenger picks up their luggage or clears the customs area, please instruct them to follow the "limo pool" signs to the outside of the terminal. There they will see a row of buses and behind that a row of sedans and limousines. Our driver will be standing outside of the vehicle (dark blue cadillac sedan or limousine) with a sign with the passengers name on it.

   Also, all travelers should know the name of the service that is picking them up and have our 800# on hand because of the limited time that the vehicles are allowed to stand outside of the terminal. If there are any further questions, please contact our office at abbott's
